We share and talk about her experiences with her exciting 21 years military career, her transition, making decisions for her wellbeing, and her family and the journey she experienced along the way! Ebonni honestly shares about what she learned and how she found her own rhythm to balance work, school, family, and herself! We also discuss some of the challenges she sees as a middle school counselor and how she has learned to gauge herself to be able to accommodate the needs of her students without burning out when she comes home to her family! She explains that it is not easy but her ability to persevere and remain resilient is what keeps her bouncing back!
