Occupational psychologist Dr. Nancy Doyle discusses employment for the neurodiverse.

She is CEO and Founder of Genius Within CIC, a nonprofit located in both England and the United States. She is also featured on A&E’s “The Employables”, a show which she helped developed when it began on the BBC. Dr. Doyle discusses how Genius Within began, the importance positive assessments, and some of her favorite experiences on “The Employables”.
