Dr. Shanina, Knighton, PhD RN is a clinical nurse scientist, infection preventionist and KL2 Clinical Research Scholar scholar at Case Western Reserve University.
With a deep background in infection prevention and control, her Infection Prevention and Control expertise started around 2007 while in nursing school and has continued through 2020.
Her work in Infection Prevention has been the cornerstone of her research and practice and many quality improvement initiatives that she has put forth including policy.
