The MIdlife Magic

I share a little of my story today about where I have come from and the things that I have learnt about myself and about the things we can do in life. 

The Midlife Pause happens to us all. It doesn't matter if you chose to have children or if you have a career. 

As women, we all feel it and there are ways that we can take this experience and create the life we desire from this place.
