Many live with the illusion that they are not good enough. You need to become aware of and act upon the truth – you were created by God and nothing from God is a mistake or an error. You need to look beyond the illusion of perception and see through the eyes of your true self and of God – you are guiltless, safe and loved. You are exactly as God intended, as you are, with all your flaws. You are loved unconditionally by God no matter what life choices and mistakes you think you have made.

As spiritual beings, we are not separate from God; instead, joined together we are one with God. This “oneness” reflects the right mind of the true self while the ego mind believes in separation from God. This creates a split mind of two parts: one that operates from wrong-thinking (ego) and one that operates from right-thinking (spirit). Atonement is about the healing of our belief in the split from God. Joy, peace, love, compassion and kindness will occur when you are willing to acknowledge and accept your connectedness to all that is and awaken.

You have two ways to look at the world – through your ego self and through your spiritual self. You are spirit and because you are spirit, your senses go well beyond the physical. You need to become aware of when your thoughts and actions are operating from the ego self or from your true self and strive to change those that are operating from your ego. Assessing your current behaviour tendencies is required before you can make the required changes in your behaviour.
