She worked as a flight attendant in the Pacific North West for over a decade, she did everything she could to put boxing out of her mind. Eventually she gave up trying to convince herself that the brutality wasn’t for her. However in this first of a series of interview we will be talking about the life and legacy of her father Archie Moore.
Dr. Zilberman emigrated from Ukraine to the US to become a physician of neurology. He is a long time student of martial arts. He has always had a focus on resilience. A student of toughness both mental and physical, he has become increasingly focused over the years on our ability to self maintain and self heal.
When she is not working on Indian projects, she is writing children’s books and Teaching Karate. She is Project manager for FairFight.nl in India. An NGO which empowers vulnerable young women through martial arts training. Lately she has been pushing the boundaries in India beyond martial arts training per se because we can reach more women faster if we also teach specialist self protection interventions.
