This week, we are joined by my fellow #HoosierGator Dr. Carolynn Komanski.  Carolynn is someone who has a caring heart and looks to serve others and the environments which she is connected in as many ways as possible.  In this episode, we talk about care and humility with regards to vulnerability, understanding how to navigate the tough terrains of the journey, and showing how you can care for others while also remembering the need to care for yourself.
