In this week's episode, we tackle the final big emotions before we start getting to truly know ourselves. Fear and shame are two big emotions that keep us from being able to see the good we carry and know what it is we want to do with that good. But simply understanding that we were once wired for fear and shame in order to keep us safe in the wild, helps to remove some of the power of fear.
