Ever wonder why it feels so good to be seen? Or why it feels so good when you make sure someone else is seen? Believe it or not, kindness is actually an abundant commodity in the world today. Unfortunately, there can never be enough of it and we certainly could use more of it these days. I recently dug into the science of why kindness feels so good and found some amazing things that I share in this week's episode. Most especially, studies that PROVE it's more powerful than we believe. I also encourage you in this week's butterfly step to take a step towards adding a little more kindness into the world.
