Finding Your Passion and Work-Life Balance with Jennifer Chapman

Listen Later

“The number one thing to get you on the same page as your boss, is to figure out what is their passion? What motivates them? What is it that they want to accomplish while they're in their role? And if you can find that out and then support them in getting that goal accomplished. It will open so many other doors in that relationship.” – Jennifer Chapman

In today’s episode, we welcome Jennifer Chapman. She is an International Coach Federation (ICF) certified leadership coach. She trained through Georgetown’s prestigious Executive Leadership program. She enjoys helping leaders who have been promoted through functional expertise as people managers. Jennifer’s journey to becoming an expert leadership coach began when she became unhappy with her work-life balance and struggled to manage a difficult boss. She recommends first finding out what makes your boss tick and connecting that to something that you can relate to.
