With our whole lives ahead of us, it can feel like there’s a lot of pressure to know what our dreams are made of, and know what our purpose in life is early on.
Reassuring ourselves that with time will come confidence in who we’re supposed to be is a healthy way to navigate the pressure, but it turns out that having a life’s purpose is one of the biggest predictors of happiness. While giving ourselves space to find it is important, so is not avoiding the search. Today, my guest and I talk about our own relationships with finding our life’s purpose, and get deep unpacking the distractions and confusions caused by society and our own egos.
