Wow...that last month flew by, and the worst part is that my beginning to the new school year was, well, you can guess from the title of today's podcast.

BUT I learned so much from everything that has happened that I've decided to switch gears from what I did over the summer to share it all with you!

I felt so miserable and lost that I had to dig really deep and find my way back to happiness.
