I'm going to share how I had some big plans (or rather, expectations) for our Labour Day weekend and how that kind of backfired. Maybe you can relate?

We sometimes have this idea that everything is going to be perfect,  or everything is going to work out like we planned it, but then it doesn't. And you look back on all that effort you put into the plan, or the feelings you invested in a future that didn't happen, and it just feels...exhausting.

But those feelings, that energy, does not have to continue to colour the rest of our week, month, or year. We can let it go, and return to the flow.

Wow...that last month flew by, and the worst part is that my beginning to the new school year was, well, you can guess from the title of today's podcast.
