He also will discuss the exception for activities involving the disclosure and use of information under the federal Fair Credit Reporting Act, and the new exceptions added by recent CCPA amendments for information relating to employees, for certain business-to-business transactions, and for information relating to certain warranty, recall and motor vehicle repairs.
