Freya discusses her role as a product manager, highlighting her experiences in the FinTech sector. She emphasizes that success in FinTech doesn't necessarily require being highly technical or holding specific certifications. 

The pair then share their passion for promoting inclusion as Freya introduces her initiative, FemTech, which provides learning sessions and skills development for women in FinTech, and those who aspire to join. 

Freya also stresses the importance of genuine workplace inclusion by encouraging flexible working for both men and women, early coaching and skill development for female employees, and transparent efforts in addressing gender equality issues.
