Allie Keyser aka @therhappywithallie, psychotherapist, discusses different types of mental health illnesses, ways to cope and the stigma surrounding them. As a clinical therapist at a women's eating disorder residential treatment facility, she also talks about the "diet" world and the love/hate relationship with food that many people have.

In part 1 of Mental Health week, the Boices and Ally dive into a deep discussion about mental health struggles and ways to cope. They also discuss certain medications that can help support certain struggles.
