We recorded the CAFMA Connect this week with Captain Merrill. Our focus was what to expect with the upcoming recruit academy. One of the questions I posed was, “It seems like a long lead time from when we offered the positions to when the academy starts. Is that because of the challenges with getting gear and equipment?” The answer is yes. A big shout-out to Erik and the team at the Warehouse because they have things dialed!
