Australia Overnight's Ben Davidson spoke to Anita, a resident of Pomonal, about the fires in her area and her own personal story.

Anita had seen the start of the bushfire and had evacuated from her home in Pomonal to Stawell with her dogs. She didn't know if her house was still standing but had heard that neighbours had lost buildings
