First 100 Mile Training Week and 50k Race
There is a lot to talk about this week. We are 8 weeks out from Javelina Jundred and base training is about to come to an end. With that I high some high milage as apart of my AT adventure hitting my first 100 mile training week ever. I do not plan to continue with this volume and I will talk about why.
I also just race a 50k race in NJ wih 6,600 ft of vert. Lets talk about smashing that.
We will finish off with what this weeks training looks like as I head back to work as summer comes to a close!
