What's the first thing you do each day? Instead of being stressed by work emails, anxious from the news, or consumed with social media, what if we reached for our Bibles before we picked up our phones each morning?

What if we chose to embrace the habit of daily prayer - not as a shopping list, chore, or transaction, but simply taking some time to spend with Jesus a few times a day? What would happen?

We're all creatures of habit. We do so many things in auto-pilot mode! What does it mean to be human, have desires, and regulate them towards a life that honours God? What if we learned to calibrate our hearts, to guard them?

We’re designed to live in community with each other. Like thirst reveals we need a drink, loneliness is a symptom that we’re not living the life we are created for. We are meant to live life together - but easier said than done, right?

Loneliness. When your needs are greater than the connections you have, what do you do? It’s easy to hide and push people away when we feel lonely. It’s hard to be vulnerable. Where is God when we feel lonely?
