INTRO:  There is still a great need for spiritual warfare, perhaps now more than ever before.  But, Christians often go to war without learning to use the weapons God has given them.  Just like the Roman soldier’s armor, each piece of the Christian armor is designed to be effective.  A weapon in an untrained hand can endanger the soldier and his companions more than the enemy.

This is the conclusion of the series on “The Path of A Man.” Men need to be expectant Christians. This kind of living has them searching for God’s fresh manna, daily devouring the Word as a fresh meal, and seeking nourishment from God in a life-changing way. Expectant Christians continually go after God for more of His presence, become obedient to His Word, and live daily in the power of the Holy Spirit. They realize there are spiritual battles to fight, but depend on the Holy Spirit to give them power to overcome.

As we prepare for Father’s Day next week…I begin a series on “The Path of A Man.” Men need to be expectant Christians. This kind of living has them searching for God’s fresh manna, daily devouring the Word as a fresh meal, and seeking nourishment from God in a life-changing way. Expectant Christians continually go after God for more of His presence, become obedient to His Word, and live daily in the power of the Holy Spirit. They realize there are spiritual battles to fight, but depend on the Holy Spirit to give them power to overcome.
