"The Seed"

Dr. Estep talks about how work could lead to ingoring eternity if you are not carefull. Work provides possessions which can tempt us to be selfish and forget about the things in life that really matter, like where we will spend eternity.

In Mark 2, he described four friends that were focused on a goal. As a "Great Commission" church, we must also be focused on the large task at hand. Today, Dr. Estep teaches us to focus on others, focus on Jesus and to focus on the Harvest.

Dr. Estep talks about the seasons we all face in life.

Paul wrote in Ephesians that "...Christ also loved the Church and gave Himself up for her." We are blessed to be part of this body of believers. Rev. Wilson exhorts us to love and pray for our church.

The Bible describes a treasure "more precious than gold, silver or rubies." Rev. Dennis Banks tells us that Wisdom is the ability to know and do what is right.

Paul reminded the Philippians that they should be content, knowing God is in control. Today, Dr. Estep concludes his series in Philippians, focusing on our contentment.

The peace from worry comes from God. Today, Dr. Estep teaches us that Paul's letter to the Phillippians helps us to conquer worry. We must be right in our relationships, right in our praying and right in our thinking.

A Christian's citizenship is ultimately in heaven. This citizenship affords us priviledges of God's Kingdom and gives us the power of hope. As citizens, we should walk in love, light and wisdom. Does your life indicate that you are a citizen of heaven?

Discontentment is the mark of an athlete...always pushing themselves to grow bigger, stronger and faster. Paul compares Christians to athletes, reminding us that there is always room for growth and to remain focused on the "prize."
