Thank you for listening to the message from First Baptist Church of Lake Jackson.  Today, Pastor Chad continues a sermon series entitled 'The Beautiful Gospel".  In it, he is opening God's Word to reveal, remind, and reconnect the many blessings that come from the gospel of Jesus Christ.  The gospel, the GOOD NEWS, is indeed a beautiful gift of God through Jesus Christ.  Today, Pastor Chad again reminds us that part of our salvation, our assurance of Heaven, is instantaneous when we put our faith in Christ.  However, the scripture also teaches that parts of God's plan for the salvation of man, such as sanctification (last week's message) is a process.  Today, we look forward to God's promise that, on Christ's return, we will exchange corruptable bodies for glorified ones... physical bodies that will allow us to enjoy eternity in Heaven.
