I Kings 19:3 don't lay around, don't be by yourself, don't get caught up in a false reality.

The Lord knows where your at, God knows whats going on, the Lord knows how to address you, a soft whisper.

Service instead of self.

Physical bondage, work, internet, phone, something that consumes you

Emotional bondage, depression, anxiety, guilt, bitterness

spiritual bondage, forgiveness, satan, sin

We need to seek out Jesus

We need to submit to Jesus

We become His testimony

Healthy Church will seek God

When you do ministry you are worshiping God

Healthy Church will send out its members

Romans 10:14

Crisis causes us to seek God, stress, family, financial.

How can I survive crisis: Prayer, Others prayer over you.

There's nothing to big for God, God answers prayer

How do we respond: discouraged, angry, impatient, we don't get the answer we were looking for, shocked.

God heals in three ways, power of medicine, through miracles, majestically (takes us home)

Pray in faith and except God's answer

Death is a result of sin, Jesus is the picture of life, Jesus is alive, He never sinned

Jesus conquered sin

God sees our actions

Philippians 4:6-7

We were dead now made alive, because Jesus rose from the dead

We were slaves to the world, now we are sons because Jesus rose from the dead

We were dysfunctional but now we are usable because Jesus rose from the dead.

Its not of us, its a gift, grace by faith

The Farther made Jesus alive again, so you could be alive again, so you could make the world alive again.

Being a witness for Christ

Be focused on what God's telling us. Romans 3:23

God wants us to be a witness for Him, wherever we are.

When your saved your rejoicing

You reflect back when you were saved and rejoice.

they were guilty of jealously, they were guilty of conspiring, they were guilty lying, they were guilty of pride. God will protect the church.

When obstacles take place you can't take it personally.

We can't let our emotions take over us, and get the best of us.

We need to work through the problem.

Ask others for help.

Come up with a solution that works for everyone.

Acts 3 & 4,

Doing ministry reaps rewards. why do ministry? People matter to God.

We do ministry because we have a message of hope. We were once on the outside looking in.

What to expect when we do ministry? We get peoples attention. You reach the father in a family, you reach the entire family.
