Buy bike racks and panniers; have Easter dinner at the Fowkes’; talk revolves around billing rates; food goes to waste, yet kids are starving for some real attention; messed up.

We went to the Magic Kingdom and had a great time. I went on Space Mountain and it was really neat.

Take Yuka to airport; saying good-bye is tough; do some shopping at Yaohan; think about selling my Vespa in Japan; rent some videos; Yumi runs into friends; after cleaning, watch our usual Sunday-night lineup on Tokyo Terebi (TV).

Joe calls in the morning to thank me for the tapes; feel a little homesick for L.A.; he says I can stay with him anytime; Linda Yamane guest speaker in Native American Experience; amazing woman — gets me all charged up; call Meggin when I get home; lose my enthusiasm.

Take to driving by Michelle’s on the Vespa; leave little notes; want to take her out for a ride; when I finally catch her she’s with some guy (matching bikes, too…)

Give John his “Popsicle Toes” tape; make down payment on trip; buy tickets for Sting game; hope Beth can come; Grant finds a Mustang for $750; he changes his mind and decides to go to Variety Show with me; 3 papers to finish before dawn!

We made it to Walt Disney and we only had 3 hours till [sic] dark. It seemed like it [sic] the time would never end.

Beautiful day, but chilly; meet a nice guy, Adam, and we exchange stories in class; Frederick Douglass getting captivating (no pun); first meditation class meets; find I’m fighting myself; moon coming up; finish tape for George.

Yumi’s birthday party; clean Eisuke’s apartment; Nintendo game-console collection; roller skating; bowling; presents and cake-cutting; sushi and Japanese pizza; karaoke in San Jose; Yumi wants me to sing with her but I’m nervous; bit of a falling out, then recovery.
