Despite facing a severe health challenge in 2001 when he was diagnosed with a brain tumor, John persevered and found a new path in real estate investing. He attended a 5-day "Boot Camp" and learned the basics of "no money down" real estate investing, and eventually became successful in flipping houses. 

When the real estate market crashed in 2008-2009, John and his partners amassed $77M in assets and controlled 429 properties. 

Despite his long-term symptoms, John now lives a comfortable, happy, and fulfilled life.
