The goal is definitely no judgment but let's be honest, that is hard. Our mind takes on a life of its own when we are around people we don’t know…making up stories, making assumptions. It’s easy to let our mind take charge and influence our future interactions with this person but in this episode I talk through why I think we shouldn’t give our mind this power. It’s like the mind doesn’t even know it but when we push through, we remove clutter in our mind…unnecessary, made-up clutter.
