The World Health Organization has been put on the defensive after U.S. President Donald Trump blasted the U.N. health agency over its recommendations on the coronavirus and threatened to strip it of hundreds of millions of dollars.  It’s National Wildlife Week and guest host Chris Cruise talks to the National Wildlife Federation spokesman David Mizejeski about  how wildlife and the outdoors are essential to our wellbeing during the health crisis.

On Wednesday’s First Light, the coronavirus is infecting and killing black people in the United States at disproportionately high rates.  Authorities across the U.S. are sending the message that intentionally spreading the coronavirus or even threatening to do so won't be taken lightly. In fact some people have been thrown in jail.  Bob Burnell of radio station WOSH in Oshkosh Wisconsin, joins Michael to break down Tuesday’s primary there.

On Tuesday’s First Light, the coronavirus has killed nearly 11-thousand people in the U-S and C-D-C officials warn that the cases could be undercounted.  British Prime Minister Boris Johnson is being treated for Covid-19 in an intensive care unit.    Michael talks to correspondent Whitney Wild about today’s Wisconsin Primary which is being held despite “stay at home” warnings.
