They quietly opened during Apple Harvest Festival weekend in Downtown Ithaca, and now the new Tavern on the Commons is talking up their arrival. On the ground floor of the Hilton Garden Inn hotel at the corner of Seneca and Tioga Streets, the Tavern is open to the public in the former location of Kilpatrick’s Publick House.
