Eventually our journey through this life will come to a close. Who will take up the mantle of our leadership after we are gone? Moses equipped Joshua to lead after him. Are we preparing the next generation of leaders who will carry the Churh and our mission into the future?

No one can lead alone. We are built to work together. Moses needed to overcome his savior complex, believing he was to do it all, before he could truly be an effective leader. Who has God placed in our lives to help us lead well?
