This week we are looking at Joseph and Trust.  Historically a lot of business was done on trust. Your word was your bond. You would shake hands on the deal and each party was willing to trust each other. The word trust in the dictionary means. “reliance on the integrity, strength, ability, surety, etc., of a person. In other words, you have confidence in that person. A person on whom one relies is a person that you trust. You may trust people with your money, with your private thoughts, your problems, or your love. When someone betrays that trust you feel very let down or angry.

The reading is from 1 Samuel 25:23-44 and our sermon topic is "The Respect of Abigail."

This Sunday at 11.30am we are picking up again in 1 Samuel at chapter 24 to start a new series on "Respect." We would encourage you to pray for our online service and the message that reaches out through Social media.
