Residential home loans closing on or after November 15, 2021 .. can qualify to purchase a duplex, triplex or fourplex with only 5% down payment. (One unit has to be owner occupied. )
Golden State Finance Authority in California or National Homebuyers Fund outside California can help with down payment and closing cost assistance ..
