In episode 22, we dicuss the celebrations of Lucas' 1st birthday (he has two teeth, yay). We talk about Serena Williams and her traumatic delivery as well as after birth and how no one discusses it - she explains it so well and it is so nice to hear celebrities that have money and nice things - they feel the same things too! We wish more celebrities were able to talk about the post birth experiences. With going back to work comes the important question, what do I wear? Can I wear trackies? Would a three times spewed on top be ok? Yeah probably not to both of these options. We discuss the clother choices we are now making to help ourselves to be comfortable and still look quite fashionable. Finally, the guilt of going back to work, we talk about some of the emotions we are going through and ways in which we envisage ourselves dealing with it.

Then, we talk all things teething: symptoms, baby emotions and types of relief that we have used. Now, that silly season is upon us, how are you going to cope with all those outings, parties and gatherings? How will you manage nas and feeding around all these events? We discuss some ways in which you can prepare for the silly season and what we do when we have late parties or events that clash with our babies naps and sleep times.

In this episode, we discuss vaccinations and the deabte around anti vax and the issues concerning those parents. Who did you request to get the whooping cough injection? We talk about that and who we asked to get vaccinated. Also the journey of transitioning from breast milk to full cream milk of a exclusively breastfed baby.

In this epsiode, we explored how the friendships we had having a baby has now changed. Our experiences with Mother's groups and care seats. We apologise in advance, this epsiode was a many tangents rolled into one. We had so much fun recording and we hope you enjoy and laugh along with us.

This episode is heavy in content, emotionally driven and has first hand accounts from FTMs about their expereines with reflux, allergies and miscarriage. We had a guest speaker, Claire, Gayanji's sister-in-law, she was brave enough to share her experience as a first time mum and how she dealt with reflux and allergies and later on how she sadly misscarried.
