Can three simple rules really change our lives? How can we 1) do no harm, 2) do good, and 3) stay in love with God?

Each day we have opportunities to choose life or death and blessings or curses. How can we choose life and blessing as we move forward with Christ?

Life can be challenging, and some days we can feel like we are fighting a battle. How can we respond?

In only five verses of scripture (Ephesians 5:15-20), Paul addresses wisdom, being filled with the Holy Spirit, music, and giving thanks. That's a lot to process!

In Ephesians, the apostle Paul spends a significant amount of time describing how Christians should behave. Why does truthfulness matter? How should we address anger? What does it mean to grieve the Spirit of God?

The theme of Ephesians 4 is unity in the body of Christ (the Church universal). When we don't all look, speak, and act the same, that can be a challenge.

Midway through the book of Ephesians, Paul offers a powerful prayer. Prayer is one way to pay attention to God. Paying attention to God helps us know God.

In Ephesians 2:11-22, Paul focuses on differences – Jews and Gentiles; those who are with God and those who are not; and those with hope and those who are hopeless. These differences can be like walls between us, God, and other people.

When Paul wrote his letter to the Christians at Ephesus, it was a letter of encouragement to a young church. How can it offer encouragement to Christians today?

Our guest speaker, Rev. Richard Edwards talks to us about how sometimes we get caught up in doing good things and forget to love the people around us. The apostle Paul reminds us that if we do not have love, we are nothing!
