and it has far more to do with God than it does with you. it's not because someone deserves it more than you do, or you deserve it more than someone else. it's because we're all undeserving of the favor that God gives us. if we got what was fair, what we actually deserved, it would be far less than favor. so thank God that His favor ain't fair.
