One of the most outlandish fishing goals I have is to catch a fish in each US state. ALL FIFTY OF THEM. The trio of Walleye, Northern Pike, and Muskie are near and dear to my heart. I have always had a passion for these toothy fish, and some of my best fishing stories that I have involve these fish and their sharp grins. Walleye and Muskie always tend to outsmart me, but when I do catch them it is almost a spiritual experience. Northern Pike are my favorite animal hands down, and they are part of my most unbelievable fishing story that I have. Have fun trying to believe these 3 stories! One of my best friends is a stud of a trout fisherman! He is a purist and strictly a fly fisherman while I just use conventional tackle and lures! Trout are so beautiful and fun to fish for and most of the time, are in the most scenic areas in the country. Even though not many are native to Indiana, it is a lot of fun traveling to try to try to catch them! Me and Chase discuss all things trout and tell some great stories along the way!

Many native fish are deemed Roughfish, which is a demeaning term for non-sportfish that have no fishing restrictions. Native Buffalo and introduced Carp are not given any respect in many sport fishing circles. I give my take on why Buffalo and Carp are so cool and deserve more of our respect and tell you guys a couple of crazy stories where I catch some HUGE Buffalo!
