Quality food means real, minimally processed food that your body knows how to digest and use as fuel. When you eat mostly high-quality food, you will feel full and energized.
The fact of the matter is we can't get 100% away from processed foods (and we wouldn't want to). Eating 0% processed foods restricts us unnecessarily and this all-or-nothing mindset often leads to a yo-yo of eating poorly. The key is balancing processed foods with high-quality foods. It's all about balance.
