A fun little update about what’s been going on in my life over the last few weeks :))

A lot of exciting things happened today, I talked about my love for receiving mail and how I handled the stress I was facing. I also talked about how important I think it is to focus on one small thing that made you smile each day :)

This episode was mainly about a discussion/argument that I was having with myself, and rationalizing through the decision. I talked about how deciding to give things up can be a challenge and what I have faced so far on this journey <3
