I am not the same African American as you. I am not the same Mexican as you. I am not the same White person as you. Yet each race is in my DNA and I hold onto richly the heritage of my roots. As I raise my fist in rage at the atrocities of today, I am further frustrated as I search for wisdom from my ancestors, cry as their speeches and quotes are getting twisted to fit today's agenda. And to finally come to the conclusion of just who is my leader in race that I can be proud to reach towards in times like this? I am lost to see the role models; ...Who is that person for you?? What do they represent??

Every culture has it's own stereo types and the different sects of each race. We do not want to admit it but we do.  And I say we better talk about it if we want change to really come.  Because we are not the same and We need to embrace that. 

Well, as if there a great way to adapt to COVID quarantine, Alzheimer's homes can adapt. In this Episode I update life with Alex and how I consciously had to medicate, turn his home into a safe, memory care home, and learn this new language of Alzheimer's.  One thing I am certain of, Every Alzheimer's patient is different and unique and needs unique and special care.

If you have a Loved One with Dementia or Alzheimer's it might be very difficult for you to keep them on task with hand washing! There is so much to consider and dealing with the anxiety of these uncertain times and the Loved Ones possible heightened behaviors or anxiety can be quite overwhelming!

My first take to this series was a vented 5 days of filled quarantine of the COVID-19 Virus. My dad not having any idea what this virus is doing to our community let alone planet. I am in a place of caring 24/7 and needing to place him in a home of safer care once this all blows over.

I have been making tough decisions for some time between his trust, Will, and POA exercise and losing him in Paris; My dad and I have a super tight bond and I can do all he wants me to do. ...Just his way. And we all know what that's like!
