This weeks episode deals with Tarot, Fitness, and Managing our Emotions. We begin the episode by aligning with each other and connecting our intuitions through our daily Tarot draw. We then jump right into getting fit and starting a fitness routine that we truly love and that truly motivates us. It can be difficult to hold yourself accountable in fitness, partially because some fitness is boring and partially because putting in work for ourselves takes time. VWK dives deep into how to create a fitness plan that aligns with the physical or mental goals you have developed with yourself. To polish off  Fit With Kat,  we discuss managing our emotions when the weather can't seem to manage itself. Rainy days can take a huge mental toll. I'm reaching out to give you my perspective on rainy days and how I use them to fuel that mind, body, soul connection.
