In 2011, Drew Manning burst onto the fitness scene by doing the unthinkable. He was going to gain as much weight as possible in 6 months, transforming himself from a lifelong athlete and personal trainer, into someone who was inactive and obese. Drew then used his exercise and nutrition knowledge to lose all of that weight within the next 6 months. All in an effort to gain empathy for his clients. His brand, Fit2Fat2Fit, was born.
Now 9 years later, he's doing it all again.
