Welcome back to the Coaching Call podcast, my guest today is Lisa Druxman. Lisa is the Founder and CEO of FIT4MOM, the world’s largest fitness program for moms with 2600+ locations, 1500 instructors, and 310 franchise owners and mompreneurs nationwide.
FIT4MOM is behind the widely popular prenatal and postnatal mom fitness programs Fit4Baby and Stroller Strides Lisa created wrokout programs that millions of moms have used to stay strong in body, mind, and spirit during pregnancy and to restart their careers after motherhood.
Their franchise has consistently been ranked by many publications as one of the fastest-growing franchises in the country.
Lisa is also an author of two books, The Empowered Mama, which teaches moms how to live their best lives, and Lean Mommy: Bond with Your Baby and Get Fit with the Stroller Strides(R) Program, which offers tips on how moms can quickly get back into shape after giving birth.
A mother of two, Lisa has also written about business for Entrepreneur and motherhood for magazines such as Fit Pregnancy and Shape. She's been interviewed by many leading media outlets, including NBC’s Today Show, CNN, Access Hollywood, Hollywood Live Today, Home & Family, Woman’s Day, Good Housekeeping, and American Baby.
Lisa has won many awards, including San Diego Business Journal Entrepreneur Of The Year and National Association of Women Business Owners 2008 Woman Business Owner of the Year.
