Fitness After 40: What You Need to Know
If you’re just starting, or re-starting your fitness program after your 40th birthday you should know there is going to be a lot of good, some bad, and definitely some ugly moments you’ll have to contend with along the way. And although I applaud your effort and enthusiasm my accolades will not help you succeed. What will help you achieve your fitness goals is my advice, and many years of fitness experience. So let’s see if we can get that old engine of yours purring like it did way back when.
