On today’s episode, I discuss fitness (diet & exercise). I go down to the basics about how you can start on your new fitness journey. First, I discuss diet, what to eat, what not to eat. How much to eat etc. then I throw in some knowledge on calories ( consumed & burned) . Also, Tracking calories so you can adjust your intake to be at a deficit. This is the catalyst to help loose weight. Finally, I break down exercise. Walking, joining a gym, workout regimen ( Push, Pull, legs, cardio). A quick ambush of a lot of useful information that has helped me achieve my fitness goals.
