Alex Povey is my guest today.

We talked about my new book making him cry, the state of sales in the fitness industry and the best ways to boost your 'personal brand' based business.

It was exciting to be able to talk a little about business in this episode. I intend to add a business angle to the podcast at least once every few episodes to begin with. The reason being, it is a big part of what I do and the majority of my time is spent coaching Entrepreneurs and 'personal brand' businesses, on how to build, grow and maximize their businesses whilst creating the best possible lifestyle.

Being a gym owner and a practitioner in the health and fitness industry since 2007, I have a particular soft spot for the success of fitness professionals.

Alex Povey helps Personal Trainers to grow their businesses by coaching them how to improve their sales.
