Fitness Privilege / Fat Phobia / Health is Expensive...DEBUNKED

Listen Later

The Healthy Fitness minded person is now becoming a villain in the public eye. Does fitness privilege really exist? There is quite a few polarizing topics being tossed around in the "woke" agenda right now.

Healthy at any size. - If we take 2 people the same height and gender. But...one weighs 150 pounds, the other 350 pounds what's the difference?

Fat phobia. - A phobia is an intense fear, not just a strong dislike. Are words being juggled around here for a purpose?

Gyms are judgmental. - Some gyms are banking on the insecurity of the unfit to provide a "Judgment Free Zone". Is this working?

Building muscle makes men toxic. - Ok I am looking for the science vs. the opinion on this one.

Fitness leads to Alt-Right political positions. - This is so ridiculous I can hardly take it serious.

Gyms are only for the privileged. - Well Ive personally never seen gym prices lower than now. So if its not a $ problem...what is it?

Eating healthy is privilege & expensive. - Many people associate this with expensive organic stores. There are more ways to eat healthy on a budget. I'll talk about it to remove excuses.
