On this episode we are honoured to be joined by Ben Mudge. The word inspirational is often banded around the hallowed ground of social media, but there are few people who deserve the description as much as Ben does. Ben is a coach from Northern Ireland who has made huge waves on social media with his positive approach to life, health and self improvement, not to mention the fact he looks like Thor. He also happens to have Cystic Fibrosis, and has used his platform not only to raise awareness of the condition, but also to inspire and help people with CF to improve their health and lifestyles. He’s also one of the nicest people we’ve ever met, and we couldn’t be happier to share his story with you on this episode. Except Dr Mike, who is furious about not getting the chance to host it.
