In this episode of Fitness Unfiltered we delve into the latest poorly understood fitness hot topic, Intuitive Eating. We have spoken briefly on previous episodes about Mike’s Intuitive Eating Experiment, and who better to take us through this contentious topic than the most litigious nutritionist we know, Alan Flanagan. Those of you who follow Alan on Instagram (@thenutritional_advocate) will know that he pulls no punches in his "nutritionally agnostic” approach to the science and evidence base of nutritional beliefs, and provides a huge amount of education on some very poorly understood principles and paradigms. Until recently he has balanced his love of nutrition with his day job as a barrister, but having completed a Masters in Nutritional Science last year, he is now embarking on a PhD.
