And just like that, it’s SPRING! Considering the change in seasons-- have you felt the itch to get moving a little more? Adventure out on a path you haven’t been on in a while? Take your bike in for a tune-up before hitting the pavement? If you’re like us, Spring means moving more outside, stopping here and there to take a deep breath to enjoy the moment and fresh air. We’ve said it once, and we’ll say it again: movement is life. Today we want to inspire you to shake off the cobwebs and start being intentional about moving your body. Spring is here.
