What a brave question!
I'll talk about a little discussed core symptom of depression that can linger long after the illness has resolved and give you a framework for depression that simplifies this complex condition and removes the guilt.
These are observations from my personal and professional experiences of depression, from being diagnosed with depression in 2019 and working in the fitness industry.
